Gary Luckman, MD

Dr. Luckman is an awesome doctor. He takes his time with the patient and explains things and answers questions. The office staff is very nice and professional. The new office space is very nice and modern.He has the best phlebotomist in the area. You don’t feel anything!

This doctor is rude and inconsiderate. Don’t go to him. My brother had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. At the last minute the doctor changed the time of the appointment, which meant that the times for taking prep for the colonoscopy had to be changed. But the doctor never gave my brother the new instructions for how to do the colonoscopy prep. The only way he knew he had to change it was because I had a colonoscopy a month before and I knew that the prep had to be changed and I told my brother. When we got to the colonoscopy we told the doctor that he should have given the new instructions. The doctor just sluffed it off like it didn’t matter and didn’t care one bit. Pathetic!

Dr. Luckman was great, he is attentive and gives you the time needed. I been with him for a year and been very happy with his services. The wait time is not long. The office staff is very nice.

Great Doctor and office. Goes far and beyond to try and get you the help you need. My insurance company didn’t want to give me the medicine Dr. Luckman prescribed for me and wanted to give me other medicine first that we knew wouldn’t work but he and his office fought with the insurance company to get me the medicine i needed to live a fairly normal life again.

Poor poor and poor customer service. I didn’t even get to see the Dr. Luckman because these front desk people are the very unfriendly staff. They don’t even give out their names, they say. Doctor office?…when you asked for their names oh gosh they get an attitude. Nope, I am not willing to take this hard time or deal with people that show attitudes. I am going to see a Dr. because I am sick not for fun. I paid high rate for medical insurance . So this people have to be reminded that our insurances pay the place they occupied as an employee and we deserve better treatment because their jobs depends on us. I cancelled my appointment as are other choices. Before I even finished a question I had Shanon hung up on me.
