Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Had a excellent experience in this spot with my wife. The food comes out fast and the service is just excellent. Prices are fair.

Unprofessional and unwelcoming at the register and seems it’s best to come in and just order than ordering for delivery. Need more staff. Please be and do better. It’s already alot going on in the world

I was greeted by a young lady that wasn’t too customer friendly and I ordered the stew chicken lunch special. The chicken and the gravy was so spicy I had to change my order so that I could enjoy my food. My order was already paid for, so she asks me what would I like , what else do you have that’s not spicy. She said to me I don’t know sir ! She then asks me if I would like fried chicken, I said no because I don’t eat fried chicken. So I told her to just let me have the stew chicken without the gravy. She asks me if I would like to oxtail gravy and I said yes. As I began to eat, the stewed chicken was hard in the edges and not good at all. I rate the food from this Golden Krust a one out of 5 stars . I also rate the customer service a one. I have a feeling this restaurant will not be in business too long.

Like any other Jamaican spot I’ve been to, the customer service is bad and the food is decent. I don’t know why I give these places a chance. The woman who helped me looked upset he entire time. The Mac & Cheese tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp all day. The Spicy Beef Patty was actually good, I can’t lie. I won’t go back though. It’s the phrase “Wha ya want?” mix with the attitude that ruins the experience. I only came here because I wanted a quick bite but next time I’ll just go get a sub from Publix since it’s in the same plaza.
