Green Tree Day Spa

My boyfriend had a fraudulent charge on his card to this address. we live in Illinois and have never been to Florida. When I called to give the business a heads up they were obstinate and completely unhelpful even though I was just letting them know someone was scamming them as well as my boyfriend. I kept asking if I could speak to a manager, and the woman kept trying to figure out what I was talking about, even though it was pretty clear. Finally she said she was the manager, which sounded like a front, and then at the end of the conversation she said she would have to take it up with her boss (I thought you were the boss?) All I wanted to do was let her know not to accept anyone back who used that name, and she treated me with disrespect and impatience.
