Greiff Jeffrey D MD

Just left the office we travelled from South Miami this morning on a Lyft to Dr. Grieff in Plantation to be told that there is a co pay with Medicare of $130. I can’t afford that. I only went because he’s been my husband doctor for ever when he used to wrk in Broward. The receptionist took his insurance information over the phone a week before and failed to let me know that there was a copay. She also knew that I was coming from Cutler Bay as when we spoke and she took my address on the phone she told me that she also lived down this way and used to travel before she moved. Disappointed much.

This office and it’s staff is horrible. The (1) MA thinks she is the Dr. giving incorrect information. You can’t get anyone on the phone and the front desk lady is nasty as well. I have just requested my records and will NOT go back!

He is a great doctor but his staff (includes his family) are unprofessional and incompetent! If he had another office, I will be the first in line.

I’ve been going to Dr Greiff for 20 years now. He’s the Doctor that love helping others. I’m not the best patient, but he’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. Thanks Shelby

Dr Greiff is a great doctor but his staff is unprofessional, and refuse to get anything done. Especially the Lady at the front desk. You can barely get anyone on the phone, and when you do she refuse to help and wants to call you back which never happen. You can call the appointment line for the whole time they are open and still won’t be able to get anyone on the phone.
I get billed for things that were already paid and each time It’s a different story on why it happened. Even when you have a confirmation of the bill being paid the lady at the front desk still won’t give up ok her stories.
