Excellent storage facility in perfect area – close to major roads. We have used this space for the past several years with no issue. Quiet and safe. Staff is courteous and professional. Rates are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Highly professional and kind service. I had to come into the their office to do a bit of owner transition paperwork and as soon as I walked in walked in and introduced myself Angela pulled out a folder and had EVERYTHING prepared for my review and signatures. She was candid, kind, and clear in her explanations and then provided me a copy of all the documents we reviewed. It is both heartening and very refreshing to experience Angela’s level of competence and friendliness. Thank you and very well done!

The actually staff on site is great but if you have a problem and need to speak to the site manager good luck. It’s been almost 2 months I’ve been waiting to speak with someone to help me with my issue. I sent 3 emails, was given the personal cell left 2 voicemails and a text and still nothing. The employee onsite even emailed for me and still no response. That’s very unprofessional. Other than that the location is great and clean

Best customer service experience! The rep was patient, kind and explained everything in detail when I had questions. The facility is clean and feels safe. Pricing is the best in town that I could find.
