The girl at the register was Excellent.
And found what I needed.

It’s tools, it’s not too expensive, the quality is ok. The employees are friendly and helpful. When you step into this store you have already made the decision that you don’t want to pay two or three times the cost that other stores charge. With that in mind you have to understand that the quality may not be up to the same standards as those other stores, but it’s good enough. Especially for the price. Just like those other stores, Harbor Freight offers extended warrantees on many of their items.

I’ve purchased a few needed things from this store. So far they have all held up. Customer service when I go in has always been top notch which is why I keep coming back. The store is well organized and clean. I’ve had to call the store a few times and I think phone etiquette could be better which is why the 4 stars but other than that a solid store that people should check out when needing some off brand stuff.

You have no idea how excited I was to find out a Harbor Freight was built walking distance from my home. I used to have to drive all the way to a farther location. And the staff there are the friendliest and most attentive then the other two locations I’ve been too. How cool!

Excellent help today from Lydia and Edgar. Huge new store very much needed for the Sunrise community. Don’t forget your coupons and a free light too. We will return again for more tools and hardware.
