Don’t lose your time calling for an appointment. On hold for 30 minutes. Put back directly on hold 4 times as soon as I said I was calling for an appointment. Apparently they forget they have people on hold!!! Very rude and incompetent. I gave up and called another doctor. I had my appointment in less than 5 minutes for the following week.and the lady on the phone was very courteous and helpful. So…

If you want to wait 2 hours in the waiting room everytime and see DR that spends 5 minutes with you then this is the place.

Staff very professional and Helpful, and Dr. Henry Cusnir one of the best.

It’s incredible to think that people who
Wait 2.5 months for an appointment get turned away due to the lack of care that their receptionist there have. My father was referred to this cardiologist office by his primary after almost a month they finally gave him an appointment for 2/6/19 when he arrived they said his referral note had expired, my parents proceeded to go to their primary which is located in the same building and had that receptionist send over a new referral so he could be seen. The receptionist was of no help and refused to wait for the referral (she could have easily picked up the phone and called) Unfortunately when you treat patients with no regards to their health needs and have a bad attitude about your job. Very disappointing to have an experience like this especially with a healthcare provider. So if the office manager reads these comments please do yourself a favor and retrain your office staff or hire people who care about the patients and want to help people. So now we must wait to see how long it will take to get another appointment.

I recommend Dr. Roberts to my family and friends, He saved my life, he listens and spends the time to answer any questions I might have.
