Been living here for a while but things are changing
Car got stolen recently and Cops stated it happened before to someone else this year and car thefts are increasing overall in this area. I don’t want others to be as naive as me. Neighborhood
is no longer a safe neighborhood especially with the current situation we are in. Loud music is heard blasting at all hours of the night where I am at.

As always rent at your own risk and dont be naive. Rent prices are high and there is no safety in this neighborhood.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and everything has been amazing! Jessica and Ariana are always on top of it if I need anything done! When I have questions they give clear expectations, and when I need maintenance they always get it done within an hour. Plus the Maintenance Supervisor is super nice, and always explain how to use things properly giving hands on advice. Not to mention parking isn’t a hassle AT ALL! If I decide not to relocate, I’d definitely be renewing my lease. I love it here!

I needed to find a place very fast and I’m really happy I decided to go with Innovo. The decision was easy as the price was affordable and the apartment was brand new with a modern style. I especially want to say thank you to Ariana as she showed me exactly what I was looking for. She was very upfront about all the information I need to know. I have been living in Innovo Living in Sunrise for a month so far and it’s being a pleasant experience. The apartment is modern, comfortable and it has a good space. The price is affordable for the size. I highly recommend Ariana in the leasing office, she was very kind and helpful during our moving process. In a daily basis Ariana is very professional and attentive.

Ariana, based in the admin office, was always timely, thorough and efficient in her responses to my numerous queries as I was relocating from another State. Jess, also in the office, is always pleasant and knowledgeable. The property is a dream; well-manicured lawns; friendly and helpful ground staff; friendly neighbors; no unruly behavior; nice pool and gym facilities. The monthly get-together is a nice treat. Property is close to pharmacies, schools, shopping malls, eateries…anywhere you’d want to go. My apartment is great!! Rent is affordable. Lovely place to live in Sunrise 💕
