Calling and no one is there. I need to talk to A PERSON !! Im a mom and havent gotten my return can one of you mfs please ANSWER

I had a long wait today which is unusual for the office about four hours and I’m pregnant with twins a high-risk pregnancy. The security guard by the name of Danny Fernandez was so very accommodating to me. There is no vending machine in the place, with twins four hours I was starving and feeling lite headed.. He went into his lunchbox and offered me some cheese strings (3). I was so grateful, thanks for having such caring professional employees IRS.

The lady that assisted me seemed impatient and I was only one of three people in line after waiting over a month for an available appointment. A young lady walked inside and scheduled an appointment for today’s date at that point I felt like the IRS wasted my time. They were efficient but I don’t think they respect your time or listen very well!
