I have used this cleaner for probably 10 years/ they are cheap and normally I have to press the wrinkles.
They ruined a Tommy Bahama dress shirt that cost $120.
They must have used bleach to remove a stain.
They offered to refund the charge $2.00
I will never use them again!
Very bad way to run a business.

I will never use this cleaners again. I bought a beautiful maxi dress but it was too long. I took it to the Ive Cleaners to have it hemmed. I went to the changing room put a couple of pins at the hem. The woman that works there took out her tape measure and measured where I pinned which was 3 inches. To my surprise, when I picked up the dress the front was fine but the back was very short showing my ankles. I called the cleaners and spoke to the tailor telling him the dress was not hemmed properly and not even. He told me that he cut where I pinned. The dress cannot be worn and there is no more material at the hem to lengthen it. The female employee today refused to reimburse the $20 I paid but after speaking to the owner had the audacity to offer giving me $20 if I gave them the dress since I said I can’t wear it. Who are these people. I have never had this type of customer service in all my years.. It was my 11 year old granddaughter that said they not only owe you for what you paid for the hemming but they also owe me for the dress but it cannot be worn. IVY CLEANERS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS AND THE WON’T.

Great service and very affordable!!!!! I’ve been going there for 8 years!
