horrible customer service; called to ask for information and the person who answered the phone dismissed me quickly.

I have lived here for over a year and recommend the place. It is quite, good neighborhood. My husband and I don’t like AC so we are used to leave the windows and doors open. The maintenance works effectively. There is the central park next to us, so it is a good place to walk. The ladies at the leasing office are very friendly. The only thing that I don’t like is the gym – very poor. I lived in a studio, not renovated. There is no luxury, the furniture is simple, but everything works very well.

Rented there for three years, spacious and clean little complex

Been here since December 2017 leaving expensive and starting to become ghetto Pembroke Pines. The rent price is such a value, for everything you get in this little complex. I found them by mistake and what a blessing it has been! They have a gym, pool, jaccuzi, valet trash and car wash center, and storage units for 20$! The move in process was smooth, especially because I work with 1099 and it was not a hassle, also school loans made my credit not the best and none of this was a problem with them! — A super nice touch I wont ever forget was the thought of leaving BOTH a roll of TP and paper towel on the move in day! Which comes in handy so much you dont notice till you need it! The place is super safe I recently left my bike outside my door for a week and nothing went missing, I leave my things in the laundry to make trips back/fourth easier, nothing goes missing! Its super quiet no crazy nieghbors anywhere. Just yesterday all day there were workers doing landscaping everywhere even the palm trees! The owners of this place take such pride in their property and I love to be able to say I live here.
