bait and switch. they sent me a postcard with a low homeowners ins rate only to tell me that the postcard was wrong and they couldn’t honor the quote.

I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. My family just switched over from Statefarm whom we have been with for 15+ years and it has been nothing but a pleasure. Best customer service we’ve had from an insurance carrier. The office staff, Virginia in particular, is absolutely wonderful! Everything is handled promptly and with such ease. If you’re looking to switch carriers, go to them!
