I was impressed with them. I went to Broward mall on December 23, 2019 with my husband and my maltese dog. We waited 20 minutes only and they did a great job. Wonderful team. I highly recommend them.

This was our first time at JCPenny Portraits for the holidays and we had a good experience. We didn’t have to wait long to take photos for our daughter, whose 3 years old. The photographer was patient and walked through everything with us. Will definitely go back.

Booked photo session at 9:45am for a 2 and 4yr old. It’s 11:15am and still waiting to be called into the room. It’s ridiculous they have us schedule an appointment and confirm days before when they don’t keep their end of scheduling. They overbook and then expect children to wait all this time and be happy to take a bunch of pictures after all this wait. Would never again consider going to Jcpenney to try and take pictures there. Children and parents coming out of there frustrated and wasting a Sunday.

Horrible! Don’t bother to make appointment .. they are not on time. I went with my husband and 8 month old and ended up leaving because too many people in front of us even though we had appointment. It was run by 2 young girls with no patience and not professional at all. They were taking the pictures and doing the front. So unprofessional.. I will never go back. Don’t waste your time and money trust me .. and I never write reviews but people need to know. So disappointed!!!

Bought my mom a family photo package for Christmas on Groupon. Came in today to redeem it, Tiffany was our photographer. She was phenomenal! We had a very fun experience and we’re able to do our own poses no problem! (family of 5). We were in and out within 2 hours altogether. Would definitely recommend this place!
