Dr. Keller and his staff are great. I highly recommend this office

Dr. Keller is an extraordinary psychiatrist who takes the time to speak to his patients. I’ve had my fair share of psychiatrists and frankly he is my favorite I’ve ever had. He’s both compassionate and a straight shooter which is very important in his field. He may have one or two rules I disagree with although at the end of the day I can’t say he has not given me a better life in it’s entirety. Thank you Dr. Keller! Although, staff seems like they’re a bit flustered. Never the less would recommend!

Im completely convinced this place is a trap house, with fake doctors, and only two maybe three people run this business. Idk what else to say, give them a call. Something seems super strange about this place.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The front staff are a nightmare to deal with, they have no sense of customer service, they hung up on people, and leave people on hold for long periods of time and refuse to do their job. The pharmacy has to literally fax them the authorization forms multiple times, and even like that we have to follow up with multiple calls or it never gets done. Dr. Keller should really find new staff to help run his office. The only few decent experiences I’ve had, have been when the Office Manager gets involved and actually picks up the phone if you get lucky enough after multiple hung ups or ignored calls.
