Went to return a blue barrel at the Lauderhill, FL locations. BRYAN at the front desk was extremely helpful in solving my problems. He made a phone call to a manager and my money was returned to me.

Worst service ever! Dropped off package from December 7 and even now it hasn’t been sent off even though it was explained how important it is that it reaches the recipient before the year ends. This is causing so much stress! We will never use this service again and will never recommend it to anyone. Even if this is the last option on earth.

Helpful staff they made the process much easier an faster. You can pack you barrel on the spot,you can do your shopping go straight there pack and ship easy as that. Takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get to Trinidad, affordable prices for shipping. They give you a tracking number so you can check to see where your stuff is .

No frills international packing and shipping just off OP Blvd. Nice that there was virtually no wait at 10:30 in the morning, and helpful customer service designed to get you in and out fast. The only drawback is the location, which is a bit difficult to find – around the corner from a daycare, and nearly impossible to see from the road with limited signage. But if you need a package shipping overseas and specifically to the Caribbean, this is the place to go.
