1. Stolen property/items/stuff
2.late with delivery
3.poor customer service

There is no customer SATISFACTION
In my case a lot of my items were missing a such as new dresses, perfume, shoe etc etc and after filing a claim with valid evidence and I mean valid photo evidence they denied it and there’s even a video of me reviewing some of these dresses on ig.🤦‍♀️
I am highly dissatisfied with their services
and like I said before this isn’t the first time.

Thieves. They lied about the length of time it would take to ship a barrel. The said one week and it was a month. They make it seem like they’re cheap to cheap. Lies. $60 to send a barrel but when they got the barrel to the destination there’s an additional $350 charge NOT clearing. That doesn’t include the rent fee they charge daily if you can’t pay this unexpected $350 charge.

Whatever you do NOT set yourself up. There’s other companies out there that might seem a little more expensive at first but when you do the math- Laparkan is wayyyy more expensive.

The environment is great, the staff is very helpful

Staff is outstanding, service with a smile every time! But watch out, they will have your car towed if you leave it longer than 2 hours.
