Tark #592202 was extremely helpful and very professional and helping me make my selection for the frame and lenses. I would highly recommend him and the store that he is connected to friends and family

Everyone at the Broward location are fantastic! Very fast too! I already have my glasses. I only trust Lenscrafters for my eyes and I’m a true believer that you get what you pay for. Thank you Luis!

One associate working.
Wait time is unacceptable.
The actual eye doctor is great.(Dr. AU) But every other aspect is aweful.
If you do get anyone’s attention on the floor, they will attempt to upsell you features even after you tell them you do not want them.
How this dump stays in business is a real mystery.
I suspect its days are numbered.
We will never return and I suggest you stay away as well. There are just too many other places to buy glasses without the hassle.
Doctor Au, it’s time to abandon ship!

I ordered glasses here for the first time about a month ago. I noticed they had smudges or spots on the inside. The spots weren’t normal scratches, they looked like the lenses were wearing off. As well the smudges were only on the inside, when normally it would be on both sides. So i came to see if they would repair, what was obviously a factory defect. I came, and they told me it was my fault, and that i was cleaning them wrong. I have been wearing glasses my whole life. I will accept that i clean them with my shirt, or any cloth. However, i have never seen lenses that have been “scratched” like this. They made me pay, for a defect that was their fault. Don’t come here, I will never come here again.
