Only hire these people if you like being mistreated and swindled. I asked Light My Lanscape to repair some of the lights they installed in my backyard. Their service people went to my home and were very rude to my wife and neighbor and did not complete the work.
They started work without providing a quote for the repair. They left without completing the work. In the afternoon we recieved an email from the owner asking for $340 dollars for changing light bulbs!
Moreover, once I paid, for some reason they were never able to honor their appointments. They expected my wife and I to wait all day for them! If they say, we’ll be there at 9am, expect to get an angry phone call at 2pm that they are in front of your home and you are not there. When we asked to reschedule they wanted to charge us $100 to come back and finish the job of changing light bulbs on three more fixtures. The owner actually slam the phone when I told him that paying extra $100 was out of the picture. This followed an angry email explaining that they would not complete the job now or in the future. Oh, what’s worst, they had the nerve to want us to sign up for a $2,000 maintenance program!
Given that they are way more expensive than all others, you would expect to be treated with respect. This is not the case with this company. Save yourselve the hazzle, this is not worth it.
