This company is a disaster, they don’t take care for residents, they only want your money but never take care for residents!!! Never!!
DONT MOVE TO MIDTWON AVENTURA!!! AVOID MOVE THIS PLACE!!! You will lost your time and MONEY!!!
Place is not even luxuary, is not AVENTURA !!’ They liar to you about Aventura and Zip Code, the area call OJUS!!

If this is the property management team responsible for Mizner Court Aparments, 6503 N Military Trail, Boca Raton, Florida you aren’t providing the best Customer service experience. Not even close. Although your website indicates the exact opposite. The grounds are pristine and beautiful but that’s where the compliments end. The units are paper thin and even though it only contains 2 flrs if you happen to live in the bottom unit the daily stomping on the ceiling is beyond aggravating and can render you sleepless at night. There’s a dark soot escaping the vents (I have pics)even after the filter has been changed that undoubtedly contributed to my ONLY case of eczema in my entire life. It mysteriously vanished when we moved. Tenants congregate to fraternize in areas where amenities (work out, pool, tennis court and parking lot) are provided and causes you to feel as if you’re interrupting their social event. Instead of tenants using their “doggie area” they choose to walk their dogs and allow them to poop anywhere except where they reside. And NO they do not use scoopers. It’s on the sidewalk and in the grass where my children occasionally ran. The apartments have huge “Water bugs” (roaches) that come out to greet you. Petty thievery from cars is rampant. Walk throughs when the apartment is rented or the lease is terminated isn’t provided. I tried to have a walk through at the end of my lease but to no avail. We cleaned out cabinets and vacuumed on our departure date. I later received a bill for new carpet and cleaning which we are disputing. I was told that they would send me pictures. I never received any. I have numerous witnesses to the “condition” of the apartment because we hired people to clean the unit. According to the Property Manager my security deposit vanished. I was required to get a Cashier’s check for which the bank (PNC) does not keep a record of transactions purchased with cash. Had I used a regular check, I would have a paper trail of the money that we provided. The staff was sugary sweet while we lived there (I usually paid many months in advance) but upon vacating turned combative, rude and argumentative. I paid almost $2k per month for an apartment that wasn’t worth half of that unless you just want something that’s similar to a mirage. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to let other’s know what’s going on. My next stop is the BBB..

Spoke to Mrs Bryant who does not want to give out her first name. But she is extremely unprofessional and rude both times that I have called to express concern about Coral Vista apartments and asking to speak with the regional, I went to explain what has happened this time she was highly offended because the description I gave of the two gentlemen and the other man that attacked me on their property I’m very detailed as so is police when they do there reports they disclose race and gender a person so sensitive as herself and that gets offended by someone giving there story just to see if maybe it’s someone they may know of doing these types of attacks or crimes should not be working there. I have not had what so ever a good experience with trying to resolve property issues with this management company it’s always the same rude lady that answers the phone I just can’t believe they have someone like this that is not neutral and professional working here relaying messages or complaints you hit a brick wall each time.

Management is very slow. It seems like they are never fully staffed. I will avoid all Lincoln managed properties in the future.

Nice apartments at St. Tropez in Plantation. Wish they would put some effort into the major parking issues onsite. Oh well, they have to rent units. Poor parking is the norm.
