This community has been nothing but amazing to us!! The grounds are beautiful, the pool is beautiful, and the gym is freaking awesome and well taken care off.
Noise isn’t so bad at all we have great neighbors!

During this Pandemic with this virus they have been nothing but SIMPLY AMAZING!! They are so understanding and willing to help you out with anything they can. I hear from my other friends that they are being evicted during this time but not at Los Prados . I’m so grateful to call this community home , I will truly miss this place when we are ready to purchase a home.
I would never recommend any other place to call your home but LAS PRADOS.

The ladies in the leasing office have all been so great since the very beginning of our leasing process. Shannon originally helped us out with the move in process & Christinne & Tatiana have done an incredible job since helping service our lease. We love working with the leasing office staff!

Los Prados has been our home for the past year. It is a very homey neighborhood and development. The staff is always helpful,especially Tatyana. She is always prompt to assist when we have questions. We are glad to be renewing our lease. Thank you for making the experience great.

We have only been here for two months, but the staff has been incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any issues or questions. One of the main reasons we chose Los Prados among the other choices available in this area was Shannon D. who, from Day 1, carefully and thoughtfully walked us through every step of the process. Emails and phone calls were returned immediately; paperwork and checks were processed quickly. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in their work and providing excellent customer service. We are very happy to be residents here.

Today was bitter sweet, I’ve lived here for 5 years and can definitely say it’s was the best apartments by far to have lived in. Very quite and clean. The upgraded amenities made even enjoyable. The staff hands down were amazing, especially Christine Dunn. She definitely made living there a wonderful experience. Her customer service always went far and beyond!
