LTS TRANSPORT SERVICES

I had been waiting on a transport company for 2 weeks to deliver my new trailer. I finally decided to try another company and put the request out. LTS was the first to respond and offered me a price I thought was too good to be true. They gave me an estimation of about 5 days for it to arrive. But what an amazing surprise when they delivered my trailer to California the day after they picked it up in Illinois. They were courteous, my trailer arrived way before I expected it and not one scratch on it! I would definitely use them again!

The quote was reasonably priced. It wasn’t too high and wasn’t too low either. LTS said they both drive vehicles and arrange other drivers to do the labor part for them. I used them and they were exactly what I expected, they arranged a driver to pick up my vehicle and drive it across the country. I now have my vehicle. I think they took a $200 fee on a $1,200 shipping tariff, resulting in a total of $1,400. I went from WV to OR with a Ford Van. Positive aspects: didn’t nickel and dime me. Negative aspects: confused about their location (based in FL, but has CA phone number). Overall that issue wasn’t a big deal as long as they did what I paid them for. I would used them again.

I shipped a 2019 BMW M4 from Minnesota to Florida, and the whole experience went absolutely amazing. I request an enclosed carrier, and the pricing I received was about half the price of other quotes I was getting. Will is who I worked with on the shipping and he was extremely attentive the entire way, and ensured my car arrived on time. In fact, I was initially quoted 3-4 days for the shipping, which is a very acceptable time frame, and to my surprise the car arrived in 2.5 days. I was overjoyed with the amazing service. The driver was very professional and ensured that I was happy with the car before signing the release of it. The smoothest shipping experience I’ve ever had and will be using LTS for all of my auto shipping needs.
