Lucas Orthodontics

I have braces for almost two years and my teeth is not straighten. My front teeth is still buff and even when i wear my rubber bands i haven’t seen no changes in my teeth every time i when there all they do is look at my teeth and say it looks good and give my rubber bands. This morning i see that when i was flossing my teeth i realize the floss was stuck because the wire i have in is bend and turn down and that’s weird to me because i always floss my teeth before i brush my teeth and that never happen to me.

Amazing experience!!

From the first time I walked in the door to the last time when my son and I had our braces removed May 6th, 2020, we had such an amazing experience. There is not one negative thing I can say about Dr. Lucas and his team! Customer service is superbe and communication is on point. We wish it didn’t have to end but our teeth look amazing and they had to come off.
I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend Dr. Lucas and his team for braces.

Just finished my 2nd appointment here to pick up my retainer. The 1st appointment I had was great the doctor was very nice the workers were very nice and made sure I knew it was happening. After this appointment today unfortunately I am not so happy. The doctor came in and started “polishing” Between my teeth to make sure there was enough room for my tooth to move back into place (it is necessary). He did NOT give any type of explanation prior to shoving a metal tool between my teeth (which felt like he was filing my tooth down) and slicing into my gums. I left with blood on my face that’s how quickly I wanted to leave. It would have been nice for him to explain what he was doing prior to shoving a random metal object between my teeth and cutting my mouth open.

*LONG POST ALERT*

I had my braces removed today and I am kind of sad. My teeth look amazing but I’m sad that my treatment has ended and I no longer need to go back.

This has to be the smoothest running practice I have ever encountered. They are very organized.
They get you in and they get you out but it is never rushed. I also love the use of the radios that the staff and Dr. Lucas use to communicate with each other. It allows for efficient appointments and a staff member to always remain at your side. Too many times I’ve been to a Doctor’s office and the nurse/assistant has left me in a room unattended to summon a doctor and I’ve felt they have forgotten about me. Here you don’t have that feeling because staff never leaves your side. They start your appointment and complete their tasks and when they are done they radio the doctor to come in. You may think sitting there with the staff is awkward but it’s not. While you are waiting on Doctor Lucas (which is no longer than 5 min) the staff has small talk with you. I’m not talking about random “how’s the weather” or forced small talk. It’s natural, pleasant and sincere. In fact all of his staff conduct themselves the same way. They are all happy, upbeat and professional.

I would recommend everyone come to Dr. Lucas! He is a phenomenal Orthodontist and has a great practice with exceptional staff and customer service.
