DO NOT RENT HERE!! If i could give zero stars, I WOULD! Horrible place, my mother has lived here for a year. ALWAYS had problems with her A/C shutting off or no hot water in her unit. During this virus, they’re harassing and blackmailing people for rent. Told my mother they wouldn’t turn back on her hot water or fix the SIX leaks in her apartment. Five in her ceiling in different locations and one that she’s been reporting under the sink for over two months. Meanwhile police had to get involved for not only that but because the president physically threatened to assault her because she doesn’t have rent this month after already stating she was living off her last and leaving. Unbelievable the amount of unprofessionalism among these employees.

I can honestly say, I LOVE my new apartment! My kids can go to a playground in my community, I can literally see from my balcony. It’s such a quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors are friendly. I want to thank Rebecca, Leah, and Kylie, they’re amazing!!!

Stayed on lower level roaches bad even got in car. Don’t expect to get deposit back. They took 2,400 kept my last month and deposit. Never received letter explaining details Then said I owe them. They Mickey Mouse apartment up so I don’t understand. Wouldn’t say kid friendly lots of rules as an single mom would suggest. Cooperate is one person who is rude. Only one person who was honest In office.
