We had questions and she was knowledgeable of the products and welcoming. No one in the area offered us help or assistance. This place is a customer service nightmare. Never any helpful store associates available. Forget about asking for a manager. Today I made the mistake of asking for the store manager. I was told by one associate that there are no more store managers only department managers. Another associate said the store manager is out on an emergency medical procedure. The last person finally stated that the store manager had a baby and cannot return to the store any time soon. This one example demonstrates that Macy’s is no longer concerned with customer service.

Always find a great sale there. Also experienced great customer service today. Yea.

Many great selections and items to shop around for. You can almost find everything you need here because the store is so huge. There are always sales going on and I feel like I get the best deals when I shop here. Clothes are always in style so I get to keep my wardrobe up-to-date here.
