GREAT service!

I brought a table runner here to be cleaned. Upon paying for it at pickup I noticed all the stains still on it, so they said they’d send it back. After visiting the store multiple times to pick it up, it still wasn’t done, and in the end their cleaners ruined the table runner and they told me it was in shreds. They said they’d take responsibility for it, but I didn’t get any reimbursement from them for my cleaning cost paid nor for the new runner I had to buy to replace it. Messages went unanswered after their empty promises.

Magic touch is a perfect name for this place. Family run shop the owners are funny and friendly. They really go above and beyond to make you happy here.Please like this review if you could relate or found it helpful

I have had a few people do alterations for me over the years that weren’t quite right until I started coming here. Everything is done perfectly and they could not be nicer. It’s one of the errands that is enjoyable because they are a pleasure to work with.

My regular dry cleaners shut down so I was shopping around for a new place to go. Gave these people a call to inquire about their rates. The woman who answered gave an audible sigh in an annoyed manner, said she was busy, then said this could take all day to explain prices. She then proceeded to rattle off some abnormally high prices for dry cleaning.
