Marian’s Bagels

Marian’s Bagels is a strip center diner in the southeast corner of Broward Boulevard and University Drive. It’s been around for decades.

Meeting a friend for breakfast, we ate outside. I ordered coffee and the Challah French Toast. Given the option of ordering it deep fried or grilled, I opted for deep fried.

A generous portion of French Toast, I added butter and syrup. Tasty, but too much for me after eating my “first” breakfast of the day an hour earlier.

Server was polite and made sure my coffee cup remained full. Restaurant was clean and the strip center provided plenty of parking.

No issues at Marian’s Bagels of Plantation. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

$10 for a bagel with 1 egg, 1 sausage link sliced in half, and 1 slice of Canadian bacon is steep. The bagel was good but definitely not worth the price with “double” meat. Overall, disappointed considering most bagels elsewhere are $5-$7 with more to eat and same/better quality.

Phenomenal food. Fantastic service! I can’t write a better review for this place. There is no better place in South Florida to get a bagel! The owner is so kind and friendly & the staff is always so prompt and gets everything correct right away. A staple in my diet forsure!!

Great little diner with helpful staff and ownership! Good prices and a nice atmosphere for simple but very well meals! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon!

The place is clean and simple. I had the lox and onion omelet with tomatoes and an et bagel. The omelet was fine the tomatoes were way to red and soft the bagels were good
