Massage Envy

Do not do business with this Massage Envy. The receptionist Shay is uncooperative and unethical. The manager will not hold Front desk accountable. Do not trust them with your personal credit card. Buyer beware. When I called to speak to the owner nobody would let me through to him. The Sunrise manager told me specifically she would not give me his full name. This is an unethical group of characters be careful. Same group owns Davie store. Be careful

Pretty decent spa. I go their every month. The therapists their have worked their a long time. Like years. So each is an expert in different sub fields so theirs a lot of people to try out. And ive liked the specials they run. Well priced good vibes.

My massage therapist gave a good massage but made inappropriate conversation the entire time. At one point he asked if I married an old guy and although I said no, he asked if he “let me call him daddy.” Despite staying quiet after that and hoping he would get the hint that I wasn’t finding this funny, he actually repeated the comment and laughed again. He commented on a scar on my neck and made up some story about a fictional boyfriend attacking me. He asked how I maintained my figure, which seemed innocent enough but in this context was just awkward. It was very disappointing that there was no sense of decorum, especially in a massage setting. These are just the “highlights” of the uncomfortable things he said to me. Be prepared to speak up if you go here and want a quiet massage or appropriate conversation.

Anica was my deep tissue massage therapist last week. She was AMAZING!!! wasn’t chatty, targeted the areas I requested, was very professional, never once did I feel she was tired, and i had to go back to her the very next day! Thank you Anica for your exceptional service!

First time at this location but it went exactly as I expect from ME. Excellent customer service. I received a nice massage and chemical peel. The massage therapist took care of me and I felt much better after the service. The facialist listened to my skin concerns and provided education and service to address the concerns. The receptionist in the front is lovely. I would book again.
