WARNING UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! The new doctor is very nice but the 2 ladies that work in the back are awful. I was there for an eye test and all they spoke about was how much money they were taking in. The prices went up since Dr. Meyer retired and the service went down. All they care about now is making money!!!!!! Very poor customer service and bad attitudes….

The eye exam 1/9/19 was great I got a copy of my prescription to take with me and paid for my glasses. The receptionist told me it takes 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I come in and she looks for them and tells me they are not there so I asked her to give me a call when they came in. 3 days later I call to check the status. She tells me she will call the lab and call me back. Never calls. I call the next day she then tells me my frames are on backorder and they will send them in a couple of days. Now its over 3 weeks and I call again she tells me they shipped them on the 21st but my glasses were lost along with some others. What? You just told me they were back order so she says the 2nd story again. . . . At this point I just wanted my money back I had already ordered 3 pairs on Zenni that cost me less than half of what I paid. The next day they called me to pick up my glasses 2 days shy of 1 month. The receptionist was horrible. I have 4 children who wear glasses and I was thinking about bringing them here but I wouldn’t dare waste more time nor would I recommend them to others. The receptionist ruined my whole experience by lying and being indifferent to me as a customer. She needs to retire. It’s true what they say about customer service. She is the first and last person you see there and now she is costing them business.

I haven’t been to the eyes doctors in such a long time, struggling to see for a very long time. This was my first choice, not sure the reason why but I’m happy that I did. Dr Mayor was very nice, and very funny, he also knows what he Ian doing, can’t wait to pick up my designer frames.

This was my childhood eye Dr. so I was excited to go back to him after 20 years! I planned to keep him as my Dr. until he retired, that changed after my visit.

Dr. Mayer is still an awesome optometrist he still uses some old school equipment, and this man knows his stuff! While he hadn’t seen me in 20 years he was able to tell me about things that my other Dr. required a digital eye scan and other gadgets to tell me. He knew my eye history by looking at my eyes. He’s also funny, AND he fixed my old glasses (I didn’t ask him too, he insisted because he wanted me to have a backup pair of glasses).

So why after such an awesome exam am I not going back? Long story short his receptionist!
The receptionist was an absolute nightmare.
She’s THAT BAD! I don’t think she wants to work there. I got the vibe that she didn’t want to be there and she didn’t want me there.
