MD Now Urgent Care

In, registered as a walk in, seen, diagnosed, Rx and out the door in less than an hour today.
My usual Med Now had a 2 hour wait. I will continue to use this location. Great staff by the way.

I almost did not return to MD Now Urgent Care in Davie, FL, because my last experience was not the greatest. However, I got sick again and decided to give it one more try and I must say that thanks to the Stephanie, the Nurse, I will be returning again!! Stepanie was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so welcomed and good. She is definitely in the right profession!! The Doctor, Morgan, is also very good and caring. Both did an amazing job with me and my family!

I almost did not return to MD Now Urgent Care in Davie, FL, because my last experience was not the greatest. I had to take my wife yesterday to this urgent care. The location is perfect since we are close to them from home, school, work, etc. The check in was very quick, the receptionist did all the paperwork needed and soon it was my wife’s turn. The doctor proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to help my wife super quick. The clinic is super clean and modern.

I have always boasted how wonderful my experience is with MD Now. I do not have health insurance and pay full price for your services. I have taken family members who live abroad there. Again they all pay full price. I was extremely happy with the service and had been to other urgent cares. MD Now was by far the best. However, after my encounter today with your rude receptionist I will not be returning to MD Now. This young lady sat with her feet up on the chair and spoke to me as though I was a little uneducated child.
Not at all befitting of your establishment. I told her that the way she was sitting was very unprofessional . She could care less. If these are the kinds of individuals you choose to represent your company, then I will take my business elsewhere and you know there are many Urgent Care centers available. I will be sending a copy of my experience to the Better Business Bureau and any other Institution that will raise awareness to the public of your rude representatives. I am extremely unhappy.
