The receptionist said they could see me for a specific issue. When I saw the doctor all he did was give me an exam and refused to prescribe me a medication that could help me. I explained to him everything and he seemed SO UNKNOWLEDGABLE. He didnt seem to care what was happening with me or the symptoms I told him I’m experiencing. Can I have my $155 back? That was a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Brought My daughter in for a very specific skin ailment because her pediatrician could not get her in and I wanted her to be seen immediately was looking for blood work to be done and for a referral to a specialist. I called prior to the appointment to ensure they provided those type of services and they assured me they did.

The doctor then essentially told me he had no knowledge of this type of ailment and to go to my pediatrician. He refused to pull any blood to see what possibly could be causing it and Then told me I’m just an old school doctor and I don’t know about these types of things, He didn’t even know what type of specialist would need to look at that type of skin ailment.

She also had a mild cold which she prescribed her a Z pack for even though she had no fever, he did not run a flu or strep test. When I asked why he said that it couldn’t hurt. I went up to the front desk and complained that he refused to treat her for the reason I brought her in , and was told that they weren’t doctors and it’s up to the doctors discretion what he treats her for.

I called the pediatrician who told me absolutely not to give her a Z pack which could have side effects for no reason. That is the pack is useless against a cold or anything that is not bacterial.

This location has terrible customer service. They charged me 175 for vaccines my son didn’t need and everything has been a problem with the refund. I had to go and look for another location because I am terrified with the way they treat people. It’s simple math, but they are making up new costs just for their ego (because I went to another location). Don’t go there!

When the bad out ways the good that’s the first red flag. I looked at the reviews upon going to this MD now, but decided to give it a shot anyways. No customer service what so ever and the physician, so I think he was a physician, not sure had the worse bedside manners. I waited in the room over 30 mins before the doctor even came in for the 5 seconds he spent with me #1. #2 the office was empty.#3 took over an hour for full completion of visit and most of that was just sitting there looking at the 4 walls. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m telling you you’ll get better care just by simply going on to Dr. Google or YouTube for help. When a doctor wakes up in the morning with that I hate my job attitude that’s enough said.

Bad staff you will stay 2 hours for nothing. It takes long time for nothing except come and see me. I lost my day waiting in Urgent care. Also, no patients were there waiting! The front desk were friendly but the nurse the opposite. The doctor took long time to come and talk with me for a minute.
