Metropolitan Insurance

They are garbage! Every single one of them! I got with them when I got my car and they were happy to take my money with no problem! Promised me the lowest rate and a month after I see that progressive started to charge me more and the Habaat the girl from there they forgot to submit my paper from my previous insurance so they were charging me full price! I called them and they said they would take care 9f it and would call me back! They never called me back I had to call progressive myself and talk to them. A few weeks later I get a letter saying that progressive would not be able to give me insurance due to the agency I had before! I called Habaat again and they kept on lying saying they will take care of it and that they will call progressive and have them fix the issue and that her manager was talking to them. Every time I would call she would say the same thing (I had to call cause they say they would call me back but they never did) when my policy was about to expired I called and she started to have an attitude and said OK I will call you back, and till this day I still have not heard from them not even an apology I received from them. Bottom line is that this “company” is garbage and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!
