Had a great experience with Miami Direct Furniture! Amazing customer service – I loved that they were in touch with me over WhatsApp to confirm which configuration of couch I wanted and gave me regular updates about my delivery date. It did take a month to receive my couch but #corona and they were clear about timing from the beginning. The delivery was great and very professional. My entry way made it very difficult for them to get the couch in and they scraped the corners of the dry wall off which was unfortunate but not their fault. Mark offered to come back and fix it, and he followed up, came by and fixed it for free a few days later! Very impressed and would definitely order from Miami Direct again. Thank you Mark and whoever was in touch with me via WhatsApp for being so nice!

I had the pleasure of visiting this store several months ago there I met a beautiful lady by the name of Sharlene. I didn’t purchase anything at that time but I assured her that I would be back. I was in need of a King Size mattress and my mind went straight to Miami Direct Furniture. I came in and much to my surprise the same beautiful lady Sharlene. I got just what I needed for a very affordable price. If you want quality and professionalism all in one place stop by and I can assure you won’t be disappointed.

I have been shopping with Miami direct furniture since I moved in my own home in 2017. I can’t explain how much I love their furniture and the quality of them. My entire house was furnished from them and I am loving it. I love changing my looks in my home so I will soon be back for a living room set. You guys are amazing

It was my first time in this furniture store. The store is set up very elegant and inviting, it also smells so good! Juliet was very nice and took her time to explain to me about their extra items online or kiosk. After finding the models of couches I liked, Charlene was really helpful in explaining the different types of colors and fabrics that are available. I am looking forward go back to order my new couch set!
