This was by far the WORST business experience I have ever dealt with. Not only is this guy, Michael, very unprofessional, he managed to screw up my laptop even more than it was already messed up. He has been ignoring all my texts and calls, randomly dropped my laptop off and never contacted me. At first, he was incapable of fully keeping in touch with me because his intelligence is very low, but he now has stopped all contact with me. Use this as a warning, to never trust this man with business. I cannot fathom that enough. Learn from my mistake. I honestly felt bad writing this because he is a nice guy, but the dumbest, most unprofessional business man I have ever met. DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY, PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT IS SOMEWHAT PROFESSIONAL. DONT LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS

Excellent service. Michael was efficient and thorough. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family. He is also VERY affordable.
