National Transport

This place is a joke. They don’t own ONE truck. They post all their jobs on a website called Central Dispatch and sub EVERYTHING out. They’re no more than a middle man call center. If you value your vehicle at all, call a real transport company.

These people picked a random date to pick up my car not caring if I agreed to it or not. Then call you saying your car is ready to be picked up out of the blue. And if you don’t obey by their timing and date they will keep the 100 dollar deposit. The lady over the phone is so rude and unprofessional. Sad that they let this kind of people work customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service and UNTRUSTWORTHY drivers. First – they are incredibly overpriced. Cost $1500 to transport a car across country. Second – we shipped our car with them and they were supposed to arrive on a Saturday. They never showed up or called to say they weren’t coming. When we called customer service multiple times looking for answers, we discovered that our car had sat in Denver for THREE WEEKS. The claim was that the driver was having mechanical problems (but we were not told of this until after the three weeks of having no clue where our car was and not receiving any answers.) However, when we received our car there was chalk type writing on the window from where our vehicle had been towed and in an impound lot in Colorado. Apparently the driver thought it was acceptable to unload our car and either drive it himself or let a friend drive our car without our consent. We recently discovered that there was a hole that had been patched on our tire from when they were “transporting” it. It was bought brand new shortly before shipping it and never driven prior. When we informed customer service of all of this, they could not have cared less. No refund issued, no apology and we got to a point where they would send our calls to voicemail instead of answering them. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and NEVER use them again. I cannot stress enough – STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Fantastic service. Excellent communication and carrier. When I called I was always able to reach a live person right away. Got across country in 6 days. Love the enclosed trailer option. Would use again! Thanks!

Outstanding customer service, great price and my vehicle was delivered on time with no issues. I called other companies who treated me rather rudely on the phone. My rep at National Transport explained the whole process and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend this company.
