Hello, I am consider one of the worst shopper ever and if I am not satisfy with my purchases manufacturer know it. I bough a very expensive memory foam mattress from Macy’s a 5 years ago and was very disappointed since I even bought extended warranty. I found out that even with an extended warranty it meant nothing since the company in charge or fulfillment had strange rules and my mattress was consider in good condition. I promise not to buy another memory foam mattress since I had such a terrible experience but I was convince to give this technology one last chance and I was happily surprise at the quality and rest that I was able to get with the Ghost bed Matrix mattress which takes the excess heat produce by myself and girlfriend. I followed the instructions and we had not had any more sleepless nights or hot and sweaty night either. I found that this new technology is the true deal and want to share. One thing I recommend is that you must make sure you pick the mattress that is right for you since I am a heavy set man and this mattress provides all the support that is required. The heavier you are the more firm the mattress has to be to support the weight. I love my mattress and will purchase a second one for my mom in a month.

Their products are terrible, this is the worst mattress I have ever owned, and don’t bother asking for a replacement or a refund, they make you keep their garbage. The mattress never fully expanded, I’m 120 pounds and there are divots where I sleep and I’ve only had it for 1.5 years. Worst purchase I’ve ever made. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I made a giant mistake shopping here. BEWARE!!!!! Manager sold me a piece of broken garbage and then refused to help me once he had my money. Absolutely disgusted with the service and the product. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and shop at a name brand location where you wont be robbed!!!!!

I’ve had my ghost mattress for about two years and love it, though it took a full month to get used to it, coming from a pillow top. The ghost pillows are too soft for me but my nephew loves it. I read a review from someone who was 275 pounds and didn’t have a good experience – my understanding is that memory foam beds from any company are not very good options for people over 250 pounds. I’m under 200 pounds and my bed is fantastic.

I recently got a ghost bed matrix 3D from here and absolutely love it! Delivery was super fast. Bed is exactly as advertised would definitely recommend!! Thanks again for a great mattress.
