Nemos Express Car Wash

I got the best Express wax… honestly I like it. Took close to an hr I say. Had the same miles on my car from when I dropped it off which Indicates no worker went for a joyride, there’s now trust built from this business. I’ll be back.

Excellent customer service. I only went in there to wash my car and use the vacuums, and I noticed I had a stain on my car that didn’t come off with the regular wash. Then I let one of the staff know, and Juan (one of the staff members) helped me out and removed that tough stain that looked impossible to take off. Totally recommend this place to everyone who needs their car washed and detailed to the next level!

Come in and try it. Top services and quality of care. Customers are the priority and will greet with a great customer service from a great team of staff. Interior cleaning and exterior concentrated polish are the best in town. Car comes out super clean with a soft smooth shine. The interior will clean and blow out with a great windows cleaning and the best vacuuming. Highly highly recommend. 😘

Nemo’s Express Car Wash is the best car wash place you can go locally. They have a big staff that is very fast, helpful and attentive. They have a variety of car wash and cleaning services ranging from $3.99 – $250. On average I spend anywhere from $25-$30 and get my car outside washed with wax, and the interior vacumed and clean. They are very quick at this location and in my opinion are better than the other local spots. The slow have a full service automotive garage with oils changes and services alike.

Very poor service. I brought my vehicle to get their premium package deal. The hostess assured me the interior of my vehicle would be thoroughly cleaned and shined. When they brought my car, my carpet had residual left on them and it was obvious that my leather seats weren’t wiped. The dashboard was only wiped with with a dry cloth, no armor oil in sight. I asked the gentleman who brought my car if my seats were wiped and he advised they weren’t. I asked to speak with the manager who said seat and dashboard cleaning were separate from the package I purchased, despite my explaining to him that the hostess guaranteed those services when presenting what the package included. The manager was not accommodating and didn’t even apologize for his staffs misrepresenting their services. I had to go home and clean my own seats, with a wet rag to get the stains off. Something that should’ve been completed in their “premium wash.” Their quality of work is very poor and after spending $69+ tax, I thoroughly regret visiting this establishment.
