Neptune Impact Windows

Amazing service. Great Crew. I have several dogs and they were very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had 23 windows and doors to replace and these guys were able to knock it out in 4 days! I’ve dealt with several contractors in the past and it’s alot of smoke and mirrors. Not these guys. Im very very very happy with the outcome of how everything turned out. The thing I liked the best was they were not pushy when it came to the sale. I had several companies come in to my home hounding me throwing crazy numbers at me. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend for both impact windows and doors.

Jason and his Crew at Neptune Windows did a fantastic job at installing our windows and doors. The ECO windows are beautiful and strong. The job consisted of 18 windows, 2 sliders, and a front door. The job was completed in 3 days with a crew of only 2 workers! They worked together flawlessly. I had windows installed at my previous house and it was a nightmare. Neptune did an amazing job with clean stucco and caulk lines. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Couldn’t be happier we made the decision to go with Neptune. We had vacillated on making this decision for years. Then we interviewed three other companies and knew we were not going to do the windows/doors (due to price). Then we had Neptune come out. There price was outstanding compared with everyone else. Other companies wanted to charge us 15,000-20,000 more for the EXACT SAME JOB.

We are over the top happy with the work. There were minor issues with install. This of course was expected by us in any big job. Anytime we found something they addressed it immediately to our complete satisfaction. When the inspector came out he verbally said out loud “these guys did a really solid job”. That made us feel even better. Overall couldn’t be happier we made this decision. Huge recommendation to use Neptune windows. Quality product, quality install, excellent customer service. Doesn’t get better.

Their customer service from their employees is awful. We did not go with them based on attitude and found a better deal for impact windows with Storm Tight. Just avoid. So many better companies out there.

Ironically, days later I got cut off by one of their drivers on 84 in the AM and then he put his wipers on to splash water all over my vehicle because I honked at him for almost smashing into me. It was not raining it was clearly him trying to be cute. Again, employee attitude is horrendous and really shows a companies character in my opinion.
