A few VERY disrespectful bank employees there! Bad phone service. Disrespectful. 1 lady after cutting me off, insulted me 2 times on the phone (N.C.), and never apologized. Low level customer services by phone tellers….1 lady a teller (F.) cutting me off and giving me wrong info re: transferring my funds. Not banking at that branch again.

Although the Manager Francine is nice/ professional, a few others are lacking customer service skills and respect.

I’ll be banking at the plantation branch whose Manager Candy is fabulous and superprofessional instead of this branch.-

Customer service is amazing at this bank. Ashley was the one who helped me. She was polite and welcoming as she was helping me with my transaction. Great bank overall!

The drive thru ATM machine is “Out of Service” 50% of the time I go to use it.
Extremely inconvenient since it’s the only one available after they close and also a huge waste of time when you drive there for the sole purpose of using the atm. If you actually need to service the machine do it during open hours…
