Think twice before using this title company. They are not lawyer-backed and the Realty Office they’re inside of isn’t either. All they do is point fingers at each other and pass blame. It was an expensive lesson for me. Do your research! I’m giving two stars because I’m partially at blame for not knowing the difference.
On a positive note, my realtor was a good negotiator and found me a great property. He’s also no longer affiliated with these companies – I wonder why.

The ladies at Nexstar are the best. They will do everything possible to make sure you get to the closing table. I have been working with them for years.
