After a short wait, Lelebelles was rushed into their caring facility! A few short quick x-rays later, we found out it’s only a soft tissue injury. Those xrays also revealed a previous hip injury, which lead to botched hip surgery! Lelebelles was adopted this way, so this came as a huge surprise to us. The staff at Nob Hill took the time to reassure us that our fur baby was ok while educating us as to what we can expect in the years to come. Having a game plan makes the news of Lelebelles future hip issues far LESS scary!!! Thank you to ALL!!!!!

I took my dog here 2 months ago for a check up they said she was perfect condition all around healthy. 2 months later, today she dies of a tumor. They Misdiagnosed everything and didn’t even do the things they said. They were saying she ate upsetting food and the bloodwork and xrays Came out fine but she had a 10 inch tumor in her stomach. I feel completely stolen out of my money and the money is the one thing I don’t care about it’s my dogs health and this place cares more about ur $ than ur dog. And every time u go to pick ur dog up they won’t allow u too see ur pet until they get the payments. They just leave all the dogs in the back room in cages for hours horrible place wish I never took my dog here and I would of found out about the tumor and saver her life.

Took in my puppy to first initial visit this past Saturday, as the contracted vet with Forever Love Puppies store in Pembroke Pines. Had to wait outside, so could not see for myself what evaluation they did or didn’t do to my pup. Same day, I called the office to report a weird cough coming from his chest. Couldn’t leave a message as the voicemail was full. Sent a message through the website. Did not receive a call back until late Monday morning. By then, I had decided to take my puppy to another vet, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. The vet neglectfully failed to recognize my puppy’s health issue. Cannot in good conscience recommend this office, nor the pet store. No one is taking responsibility to reimburse my added expense due to the negligence of care towards my puppy.

Our family loved it here. We visited twice. Actually yesterday. Our daughter enjoyed playing with gray kitten in the front office. The Vet is amazing. He took his time to speak with us and answer all our questions about our daughter Gabrielle’s new puppy CoCo Chanel. Really pleased with the wonderful staff as well.
