Amazing experience. Had a filling fall out and they took me and fixed me right up. Had two young females that were very nice and very knowledgeable! Would love to come back! Usually have a fear of the dentist but they made it so peaceful.

Following my visit or “interview” for treatment at Post Graduate Clinic. All medical records were incorrect.including my alergies. After many calls to the medical record department, I had to return and was told by staff in order to CORRECT their mistakes I would need to pay an additional $145.00.following another visit.
I suggest anyone that requires professional dental care not to go to post graduate care but a professional experienced DDS.
As a result from Nova’s errors I have been denied insurance coverage for further treatment. Impossible to deal with.

They are more concern about how much they can charge you and collecting money. I didn’t need a cleaning, I had one less than 3 months ago, but they say it is required for $55. Then you are required to deposit $200 which they will make sure to use up and then some. Went through 3 different student and half the time they didn’t show up and no phone call on cancellations. You sit there for 3-4 hours just for them to exam you. You have to go to one appoint for them to exam you, another one to exam you again, another one to clean, and then eventually one to get to actually do the work you need done – that’s 3-4 hours each appt. Even then after 2 initial exams on which teeth needed filling, they did a filling on a tooth that was not identified as needing the filling and did not do the tooth that was identified as needing the filling. One of the teachers tells me the orthodontic work for braces I had done from a professional orthodontic office was a botch job, particularly on the removing of the brackets and scratched up my teeth during the removal process. The orthodontist that did the work was a graduate of Nova University. You may not be saving any money and you will definitely be wasting alot of time.

Run away. They give you false promises. The staff tries what they can to get you out of there asap. Also they try to charge you for things that only help the students learn. Originally charged me $200 then when I used enough to enquire a payment they forced a cleaning on me and said they cannot move forward without. That’s $300 there they do $75 per session with 4 sessions. if you think you’re going to save money going here you’re gravely mistaken. I also started digging into one of my teeth left it with a temporary cap and they’re trying to charge me even though they never finished any work.

Now to the experience just getting my mold done they destroyed my gums I must a huge sore in it for almost 2 weeks so much so that they didn’t want to do any work till it fully healed. I done had a tooth extracted and they decided there was no use in stitching up the hole it’s been almost 6 weeks and it’s still healing shut. There was an issue with one of my teeth and they decided to excavate that day and just left it with the temporary cap.

Finally I got a letter after speaking with Ramona and explaining to her that I would like to move forward and faster with the procedures if possible. See if we can do the cleaning after the procedures she was not happy with this and told me that they are dropping me as a client. I’ve been getting notice in the mail saying that I requested to leave the program. What’s going on here…

If they twist my words like that what do they do with your medical information?
