The Billing department is the most unorganized incompetent I have ever encountered. It took at least a half a dozen phone calls and hours of wasted time to clear up a bill of $19.74 that I paid that they never recorded. This despite writing the account number on the check, mailing them a copy of the cashed check, and also emailing them a copy of the cashed check. I sure hope their care is a lot better than their billing department. The 3 Stooges of Billing.

Forced me to have a general exam, told me there is no charge, then billed me. Contacted them regarding this issue and no one is available. Beware of this place.
