I purchased a Cannon printer less than a year ago at this place and when I bought it they told me I had one year warranty. The printer stopped working and I went with the receipt and all of the sudden that’s not their issue and now they clarify that the warranty is only 15 DAYS after purchase, otherwise you need to handle the issue with the manufacture company. The person that we spoke to literally said that the best option was just “trash it” like what kind of customer service is that?? you’re telling me that the printer that I purchased at your place for $200 has a life span of less than a year?? really?? What a disgrace of customer service!! never again Office Depot, do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else…

My first time visiting this location and my absolute last!! The staff in the copy center is very disrespectful, rude, the copiers in the self-service area were not working. I asked for assistance and was ignored, by a female associate. I need a custom order so I took my business to Staples were I had no problem and received great service.

The 4 Terabyte hard drive I wanted was here and since Target on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale refused to price match, I came here. They were polite and courteous as usual. Thanks Guys!

Employee, Tyrese at the printing area was awesome. He was patient, nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely go to him again for customer service

Nice place very clean and the cashier was very friendly. I also printed something here and prison that help was very helpful to decide what size to print.
