One Price Cleaners

They are the worst. The only good thing is the prices. They lost my husbands new designer white dress shirt and replaced it with a black old dress shirt not even my husbands size. No one smiles. I was so upset and they just stood there didn’t say anything to me.

This place is the worst. I dropped off 3 shirts to be laundered and they were supposed to be be ready on Saturday. Only 2 were ready and they told me that their machine broke so the 3rd had to be sent to a different location and would be available on Monday. Came to pick it up on Monday at 4:30 and was told that the driver doesn’t get there until 5, why they didn’t tell me this on Saturday I have no idea. Came back at 6:30 and I was told that the shirt was still not here. The receipt says that they are not responsible for items left over :30 days, and the woman behind the counter said that she has :30 days to find my shirt or pay for it. I don’t get it!

Horrible customer service. Dropped off a white shirt to get soaked and pressed.. picked it up the next day with a stain that wasn’t there before. When I asked if I can get it corrected tonight because I explained when I dropped it off the day prior, that I needed it for the next day, she said not available until Monday which is 2 days away. When I asked for a refund she said not until Monday… ok? Apparently “she said she was the only worker there” and has no sense of rush, even when I’m paying for it.. never going back here again.. lost my money. Also it doesn’t hurt if she could smile and be a little bit more friendly with the clients too. I don’t suggest you go here unless you want to be treated unfairly and get additional stains on your clothes. Go somewhere with pride in what they do.

So far I’ve had good experiences with them… I’ve been using them at least since 2014, if not before… what prompted me to write this review is after moving and once trying a dry cleaner closer to me, I’ve now switched back realizing how much more reasonable their prices are!
