Paletz Roofing & Inspection

Our flat roof was leaking for months. We needed our roof to be redone. Will and his team were great! We had a few quotes in hand but Will gave us his honest opinion and didn’t want to sell us nothing more than what we needed. The job went smoothly, the permit was approved and no more leaks. I highly recommend their work. Very honest and family oriented business. They are very professional!

Getting the roof replaced on my 100 year old historic house was a breeze thanks to Will and everyone at Paletz Roofing. They handled everything from permits to financing with Ygrene to final inspection and clean up. They didn’t start when they planned…they started 2 weeks early! And they were finished in no time. Will was always available for questions and concerns, and he and his staff treated me and my house with respect. Their knowledge and advice were greatly appreciated, and the quality of their work and their pricing cannot be beat. People are always commenting on my house and now the new roof and I gladly tell them to call Will at Paletz Roofing!

I worked with Paletz on a commercial roof. It was a very big project. They did an unbelievable job. They were quick, clean, and accurate. I would defiantly recommend them to everyone. They don’t cut corners and do the best job!

The office ladies were friendly and the job was done fast.

To my opinion the job was a bit sloppy (see pictures) and the workers left debris, including long nails, and water bottles in my backyard twice.

I was also disappointed with the lack of communication on status and when workers would come, after the first week. On the other side, communication became much better to remind me it was time to pay!

Paletz roofing has done all inspections on 3 properties for me all exceeding expectations very detailed reports along with great warranty. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BIZ! They are now doing a 4th property for me with a brand new roof. Highly recommend
