Palm Trace Landings Apartments

Palm Trace Landings the definition of quality, professional, and clean. The front desk team was always helpful and supportive during any encounter. Blanca was able to help me move in and out with complete class. Living here comes with advantages such as convenient location to many essential businesses & highways (i75&i95), active community culture, modern communication/payment options, and of course on site amenities such as gyms, pools, designated package areas, basketball courts, walking trail around a lake, designated outdoor dog areas, and more. Parking was a little hard to find in the evening, but they do give options for personal garages with parking spaces. I cant tell you how many times the 24 hour CVS pharmacy and Gas station right at the entrance has come to the rescue. Not sure if it was planned but in combination with the complex it fits better than apple pie and ice cream.

I have had a great experience living here. I didn’t have a maintenance issue until my third year, which was taken care of immediately. Maintenance is one of the main reasons I love it here, they’re always so friendly & willing to lend a helping hand!

Palm Trace Landings in Davie, Florida has been a lovely place to reside for the last year. The complex has spent time and funds to repaint the exterior of all the buildings. They maintain the property well. The maintenance and leasing office teams are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful scenery with ponds and wildlife. Friendly people who have dogs and they keep the property grounds kept up. Great attraction is that the community is smoke free. There is a good sized gym and pools. Trash is collected daily and the maintenance team is always on the go. Grounds are key to the beauty of the community.
