Very nice, pleasant and helpful staff everytime I visit the store. I ordered charms online and had no problem returning them and exchanging them for something nicer.

We had a great sales tech named Mikeal. He was very helpful and super polite. He answered all of my wife’s questions and helped me to pick out the best gift for her. Overall it was a great experience.
