Panera Bread

Best Panera I’ve been to. The manager and staff are great. Super fast service and they always get my customized details correct on my orders.

I love this place. I’m there 2-3 times a week. I place a call to Susan, pick up my order and it’s always a great experience. Susan and her team r doing a great job.

Rapid pick up order placed for Mac n cheese and a chicken soup. I looked in bag saw the 2 round containers and the receipt taped to bag said Mac n cheese, Chicken soup. I drop off the food for my son…only to find out hours later it was 2 broccoli n cheese soups. Epic fail!!! I guess I should have opened each container and taste tested each cup before leaving but I did not. I will be in first thing in the morning with the unwanted soups to get my money back!!! The kicker..on the receipt where is says “order checked by” was left blank. Very nice! Every time I do a rapid order either the chips are missing or the bread…..or no utensils. So looking in the bag isn’t sufficient anymore. I guess I will have to open each container and peer into the soup to confirm? See you when you open for my refund.UPDATE: the manager gladly gave me a refund and couldn’t have been nicer and more apologetic. Her actions were 100% correct and appreciated.

Panera Bread locations vary in quality, cleanliness, and service and this particular location is somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. The food is very average and overpriced in my opinion, especially the sandwiches and soups. However, the bread and baked goods are always delicious as are the teas and coffee. The food is overall mediocre and overpriced ($8-11 sandwiches with very little between the bread), but it’s organized in a convenient and fast-casual way that makes for a quick meal. They also offer wifi in all locations. I would not particularly recommend, but it’s a decent choice for a quick and somewhat healthy meal.

Food always tastes great! Soups are absolutely delicious and their breads are addicting. Love it.
