They have a very professional staff. two doctors attend you, the ophthalmologist who does the eye exam and the dr who does the laser, both very explicitly explain the entire procedure in great detail and give you the chance to ask questions if you have any…why three stars ? the last minute charge of $ 450 for a dryness problem that I have in my eyes. Just before the surgery, they let me know this. I think that if they had given me the exams, It should have been included in the $ 4,300 that I paid out of pocket (I don’t have insurance) because I had no other option and I was ready for the surgery, I had to pay them. Really disappointed ☹️ Plus the prescription drops that I had to buy it in Walgreens $70. The dr said he will do an adjustment on my vision in four months, if I need it and is included on the original price. That I hope so 🙁

Amazing and friendly staff. They explained the procedure well and didnt leave me room for doubt. Their surgeon is absolutely talented. Got my Lasik done last week and haven’t experienced any problems. It’s truly a different experience not relying on glasses. Thanks!

it’s very clean, the chairs in the waiting area are very comfy, the staff was very nice, the doctors are amazing:) i am so happy with my eyes, bought my first pair of ray ban sunglasses, it’s really a life changing surgery.def changed the quality of my life in the most positive way ever!! i highly highly recommend

I love that everything was done fast, I went for consultation last week Saturday and got my surgery done yesterday. The setting of the office is warm, making you feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff are all nice. The doctors are great! They explained everything well making you feel relaxed. The procedure was fast. I’m excited to have decided to get the procedure done. I recommend Pannu Laser 100%. No regrets 🙂

Professional care. It is an expensive procedure that did not last longer in my case. I stopped wearing permanent glasses for a couple of years. I was disappointed that when I went for my annual check up I was asked to paid $70.00 as a co-payment. I think after you paid thousands for the lasik procedure the annual check up should be co-payment free, at least.
