I’ve been visiting a friend here for years. There is rarely guest parking and the gate is always broken, which has always concerned me. During COVID, there have been increased reports of criminal activity. I told my friend to call the leasing office and she told me that the office manager already gets complaints and doesn’t care. She also told me that they are really rude and put more energy into threatening tenants.

Along with my family, I’ve lived at Paragon for almost 10 years. I am extremely disappointed to hear from my family that the landlord, association, and leasing manager, Evelyn, is not accepting the pet application, ESA letter from a medical professional, and immunization records required for our disabled mother to keep her ESA animal.

Not only was Evelyn extremely rude, she also threatened to tell the association that we are non-compliant AFTER we cited the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

We’ve filed a HUD 903 online housing discrimination complaint form with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! Please avoid this complex unless you like rude office managers and mold infested apartments.

Do not move here!!!! I repeat do not move here! The leasing manager, Evelyn, and association is non-complaint with the Fair Housing act and the Americans with Disabilities act.

The complex is very quiet and eye catching. The property manager is willing to address concerns, even committing to addressing concerns personally due to lack of committed maintenance staff. Overall, I’m pleased with my living experience as I’m in the middle of my second year.
